Nutrition Intensive
A focused 60-minute review of your story & habits. You walk out with a personalised supplement plan and a clear understanding of what to change to reach your goals.
For the moment you decide you want a real plan
You've read the research. You've downloaded the guides. You've probably got seventeen tabs open right now. And you still don't have a plan that's actually built for you.
The Nutrition Intensive is a focused, one-off consultation designed to change that — in a single session.
What happens in your 60-minutes
We start by reviewing your history: your cycle, your bloodwork if you have it, your medical background, your current diet and supplements, your sleep, your stress. Not a form to fill in alone — a real conversation, so nothing gets missed.
From there, we get to work. You'll leave with a nutrition plan built specifically for you, a personalised supplement recommendation (suggested brands, dosage, and timing — no guessing at the pharmacy) and complete clarity on what to prioritise first.
What you leave with:
A written, personalised nutrition and supplement plan you can refer back to
A comprehensive written summary within 72 hours, so nothing gets lost
A clear understanding of what's actually relevant to your body, what to change and what to leave alone
Confidence in your next step, whatever stage you’re at
FAQs
Is this right for me, or should I do the free call first?
1
If you're ready for a full, personalised plan and happy to implement it yourself, the Intensive is built for exactly that. If you're still unsure whether nutrition is the missing piece for you, start with the free 15-minute call — no pressure either way.
What should I bring to the session?
2
Any recent bloodwork (last 6–12 months), a list of current supplements and medications, and any relevant reports. A food diary is genuinely optional — I'm trained to get what I need from the conversation.
Can I come back for more support afterwards?
3
Yes. Many people find they want ongoing support after the Intensive. You're welcome to move into the Nutrition Coaching package, and we'll pick up exactly where we left off. This is also a time of immense change so it’s common for people to want refreshed advice that fits their new life stage, for example transitioning from pregnancy to postpartum or postpartum to TTC again.
Do I need blood tests done first?
4
Not necessarily, but they help me tailor things precisely. If you haven't had any recently, I'll point you toward what's worth considering.
