What 12 weeks looks like
We start where the Intensive does — a full review of your history, bloodwork, and lifestyle — but instead of one session, we keep working together. Regular check-ins to track what's working, adjust what isn't, and respond to whatever comes up along the way. Between sessions, you're not on your own: direct messaging support means questions get answered when they come up, not weeks later.

The Intensive is a single, focused session — ideal if you want a plan you can run with and feel confident implementing yourself. Coaching is ongoing support & transformational change across 12 weeks, for anyone who wants a partner throughout with room to adjust as things change.
Can I switch from the Intensive to Coaching later?

Yes — many people start with the Intensive and move into Coaching once they know they want more ongoing support. We'll build straight on what we've already covered.
What happens if something changes partway through — a new result, a new diagnosis, a change in circumstances?

How much contact do I get between sessions?
